Extending the Growing Season

In this course you will learn how to extend your growing season early in the spring and into the fall by planting cold hardy crops. Included are 2 handouts with early and late season planting dates.  Some vegetables not only tolerate cold, but thrive in cool weather.  You will learn when to plant what and discuss options for creating poly tunnels to protect your plants.
